T2HAdvertising.com

We're the kind of agency founded on commitment, integrity, accountability and craftsmanship – which is a little like building worldclass yachts when you think about it. Actually, creating "Insanely Great" advertising and creating ocean-going works of art share more than a few similarities. Could this be the start of a beautiful friendship, not to mention one epic voyage? We think so. Visit T2HAdvertising.com or call Kristin at 843-839-9006 and let's see.

Kristin Thompson, Marketing Director / Partner, loves boats.

Kristin brings 16 years of marketing experience to T2H which is almost as long as Captain Ahab spent searching for Moby Dick. She began her career at Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday where she quickly rose through the ranks to director of public relations. From there, Kristin put in eight years as account manager for Brandon Advertising, at the helm of such major accounts as Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort and Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday.

Kristin spent much of her childhood summers powerboating on Turkeyfoot Lake in Summit County Ohio. Later, her family upgraded to 36-foot diesel trawler which she says was nice, but not as nice as the Beneteau 46 she plans to retire to.

Jeff Thompson, Creative Director / Partner, loves boats.

Like an America’s Cup skipper or tactician, Jeff knows every aspect of this crazy business we call advertising. Over the past 17 years he’s done it all, working his way up from designer to creative director for Myrtle Beach powerhouse agencies like LHWH and Brandon Advertising. The clients he’s worked with reads like a wish list for those looking for a total resume makeover – Seabrook Island, Hard Rock Cafe and Harbour View Yachts to name a few.

And Jeff REALLY did grow up around sailing. His father is an avid sock-hating sailor, now enjoying a laid-back retirement aboard his 44-foot yacht in the Florida Keys. Jeff plans to follow in his footsteps, even going so far as to build a bonfire with the contents of his sock drawer. The old man would be proud.

Marty Parker, Lead Programmer, loves to be behind boats.

Marty is the newest addition to the T2H Advertising team and resident interactive expert. If you compare programming to seamanship, he’d be our Admiral “Bull” Halsey. From the moment you meet Marty, his passion for programming and abundance of knowledge in the field is evident. He worked with Coastal Carolina University for four years teaching and training legions of computer cadets while writing more than his share of code for clients in the real world.

Marty grew up with boats – or more accurately – grew up behind boats on a pair of waterskis, carving his own wake along the waterways of his boyhood home of Kentucky. And to this day, seeing a well turned stern can still bring a tear to his eye.

Rita Fisher, Accountant / Office Manager, likes boats.

While Jeff or Kristin may be referred to as “The Boss,” Rita is “The Captain.” She began her career in a Beverly Hills accounting and business management firm working with such clients as Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball (how’s that for name dropping). In the 80’s Rita headed cross country to run her own bookkeeping business in the “Big Apple.” After conquering both coasts, the only thing left was to conquer Myrtle Beach and whip T2H into shape (which she did – just ask Jeff and Kristin).

When it comes to boats, Rita says “The bigger, the better.” Her ideal craft would have at least one casino, and a bar on every deck. Aboard one of these, she’s less of an office manager as she is Horatio Hornblower’s great great granddaughter.

Tim Parry, Associate Creative Director, loves boats.

Tim brings over 25 years experience to the table and has worked on such diverse accounts as Texas Instruments, Santee Cooper, Silstar Fishing Tackle and Maxfli Golf.

While Tim may not be the most competent sailor in the world, it hasn't dampened his enthusiasm any. As a matter of fact, he owns a vintage 1976 Boston Whaler Squall which he uses occasionally to ply the waters of Melton Hill Lake near Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

And while he's not 100% certain, he thinks it's one of the best preserved Squalls in existence today. The only other specimen he could find was being used as a mailbox in the Alaskan bush. So if you have one or know of anyone who does, let us know. He needs to find out where that little round thingy on the chain goes.
